Organizing is EVERYTHING

Teacher Organization - Arc Planner System

Okay, maybe it’s not everything, but it sure makes for a happier teacher and more manageable classroom.  While I could probably write a book exploring this topic, I plan to tuck in some tidbits from time to time.  And, while we are now well into the new year, I thought I would show you my yearly delight….my planner.

I was introduced to the Levenger system a couple of years ago when giving a training.  Two teachers showed off their newly organized systems, and I was smitten.  So much so that I immediately bee-lined for Staples to gather my own supplies. (Staples carries their own version of the Levenger system called Arc.)

So, here it is.   I purchased the Arc Leather Planner from Staples.  I personally like the Junior Size as it is easy to toss into my purse or work bag.

I then purchased the black dividers and pocket folder to make it even more user friendly.

Of course, needing planner pages, I opted for I Heart Organizing’s junior planner pages.  This is my second year using them, and I haven’t been disappointed. You can purchase it here, but you will need to have it printed.  If you decide you want to go this route, I can share a cost efficient online print shop.

And, some additional paper is always a plus.  I found this fun, reinforced paper at Staples also.

Finally, the discs are interchangeable.  So, for purely fashion purposes only, I splurged on some 1 inch gold discs.  It makes all the difference, doesn’t it? ;)

So, those are the basics.  Feel free to ask if you have any questions.  And, if you have your own system, let me know what is working for you!

Happy Organizing!
